You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in good faith. You may not use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities, to infringe third-party rights, or to violate applicable regulations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these principles.

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the period in which the claim arose.
