General
Payko Platform is a sales stack that combines an AI chatbot, sales pages, order management, payment integrations (such as PayPal), and content tools. It’s built for businesses and professionals selling through WhatsApp and other digital channels.
From the home page, click “Sign up”, complete the form with your company details, and verify your email. You can then open the dashboard to set up your chatbot, characters, and sales pages.
Yes. We offer a trial so you can explore the product. Check the pricing section on the website for the current trial terms.
Chatbot & AI
In the company dashboard, open “Integration” for the embed code for your website. For WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger, set up a Meta channel under “Meta channels” and follow the verification steps.
Yes. Replies are configured with “Intents”: you define phrases and the bot’s response. You can use built-in AI to draft or improve answers.
They are avatars shown on your site to guide visitors. You can create multiple characters, attach cards with messages and links, and enable or disable the chatbot from the dashboard.
Sales & payments
In the dashboard, go to “Sales pages”, create a new page, and link it to a product or service. Set price, description, image, and public URL. Customers can pay from that page.
The platform supports PayPal (more methods may be added). Configure your credentials under “Settings” to receive payouts.
Yes. When a customer places an order, you receive an email notification and can review orders under “Orders” in the dashboard.
Account & subscription
Under “Subscriptions” in the company dashboard you can see your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, or request cancellation, according to billing policy.
It depends on your plan. Check “Users” in the dashboard and your subscription limits.
On the log-in screen, use “Forgot your password?” or the shorter “Forgot password?” link to receive a reset link by email.
